Brought this to use the Meta Quest 3 HDMI App and watch play games and watch Blu-ray movies on a big virtual screen in mixed reality. Initial impressions were good. However, I had the chance to compared to another brand half the price (with no extra features), which has 1080p @60. The difference was noticeable, especially when watching a movie. 1080 @30 just should not be a thing in 2024 and beyond.

I Keep getting this message when I try to plug into my macbook pro 2017. I have no idea why this happens but it's rather fustrating. I've also tried pluging it into a IMac just to see what happen and the same message comes meaning the product is draw too much power. Id love to know who what computers this does actually work with.

Amazon Basics USB 3.2/3.1 Gen 2 Hub Dock, 10Gbps. Good, fast, works with older USB2 stuff as well as modern 10gbs devices. But what's with that blinding blue LED ?? I'll put black tape over it for now, but eventually may open up the casing and snip the leads to save power.
